A little background-

I took several biblical studies classes from Matthew Hauge, one of the creators of BSCL, during my college days at Azusa Pacific University. I was hopeful that my pursuit of a biblical studies degree would set me up for some kind of career in children’s ministry or, at the very least, be impactful on my faith. It did and it was. I graduated from APU questioning why there is such a large gap between the world of church laity and academia and how can a bridge between the two be built?

I’m grateful that Matt and Craig have created a space to make biblical scholarship accessible to everyone at BSCL and am overjoyed that they have invited me to be a part of it! Thank you, thank you!
